Yoga and Meditation
Mobility is extra important as we age. keeping up your mobility by stretching will reduce risk of injury. I will take you through some guided yoga routines and teach you how to create your own!
Stretching has also been shown to significantly slow cancer grow and improve cognivity.
Meditation helps us de-stress and de-clutter our minds. Just 12 mins a day can reduce depression, and stress levels and make you less reactive to negative things in life. I will guide you through meditation sesion arming you with the tools to feel comfortable to do it yourself.
