We will assess your fitness through various testing, anthropometry and kinanthropometry. Discuss your wants, and needs and together we come up with some realistic goals. We will design a specific exercise program tailored to you to achieve them.
Advantage run personal training sessions, one on one, or one on two. We come to you with all the equipment needed. It’s that easy. We can train you in your house, garage or in your outdoor area.
No space in your house or property or need some advanced, bigger, heavy weights? No problem! We have a private small gym in central Johnsonville for you, all set up and ready to go! We also run weekly group fitness boot camp sessions to if you are motivated.
